Green speed has a major impact on the playability of any golf course. Having the "greens" look green is not always an indicator of playability. Our "greens" often play better in winter when they are dormant.  Green speed at last measure: 7' 6''

 The greens have been fertilised recently and regularly groomed. Grooming and dusting (a light topping with sand) removes thatch and repairs small imperfections caused by ball strike and the like. We will make this information a regular feature of this web site.
